Today, I dropped off 10 rolls of film to be developed. Yes, you read that right…10 rolls of film. When my digital camera was melted, we made the decision (well, Ken made the decision…I just went along with it) to wait on getting a new digital camera. So, I have been using my old 35mm camera. It is a pain because you have to buy film, pray for the right moment to take a picture, then have the film processed….and while you are waiting on the film to be processed, you pray that all the pictures are good ones since you have no way to see them beforehand!….then scan the pictures and load them on the computer. Yep…it is a pain in the old bohonkus.
I am really thinking of getting a new camera on my own. He claimed he would pay half if I saved half…but I am not holding my breath on that one. I have my eye on one right now….
But, in the meantime, I am going to end up spending nearly $50 on getting all my film developed. In the past 3 months, I have spent almost $100 on film and processing. All that money could have been spent on a new camera.
So stay tuned…sometime this week, or next, I should have some new pictures.
