Well, today was okay. Hubs wanted to go out for breakfast, and I feel like I did well. I had a ham, bacon, and cheese omelet. No bread, and some fruit. We ate late, so we didn’t have lunch. For supper, I had 2 sausage dogs…so there was my carbs for today!
I hurt like crazy from the workout videos. What is so weird, I lost .5 lbs, lol, but I feel fatter for some reason. I think it is because my abs hurt.
No workout today…I am going to give my body a day to rest. Then, I am back to it!
